Species Name: Tokay Gecko
Gekko gecko

Average Adult Size: 11-15 inches.
Diet: Small juvenile rodents and insects.
Habitat: Rainforest trees and cliffsides in Southeast Asia, to Indonesia and Western New Guinea.

Shot: Taken at the Portland Rose Festival, Oregon.

Comment: Devilspawn of the gecko world. Okay, not really. They're very beautiful and I've heard a few breeders that have said they have sweethearts. But on the whole these are one of the most aggressive geckos out there. They will bite, and they will not let go.
I've thought about getting a tattoo of one on the top of my foot for a long time. But I won't do it until I can find a super-realism tattoo artist to do it.
